Having spent his life in construction Steve has over thirty years experience in the Quantity Surveying / Estimating discipline. He has worked nationwide for most major contractors and housebuilders and although he enjoys the daily challenges the industry throws out tries to find time to unwind by angling, albeit too infrequently.
Will is a Chartered Town Planner and Heritage Consultant with over 10 years professional experience working in both public and private sectors.
He has an excellent track record of helping contemporary and innovative projects over the planning hurdle, especially in conservation areas.
Will is a keen craftsman and cyclist.
After originally training in architecture, Manu is now an experienced project manager and qualified principal designer. He is driven by the social housing need in the UK and wants to respond by re-thinking how houses are built, focusing on Health & Safety and factory efficiencies.
In his ‘free’ time Manu keeps his trade skills sharp by doing his own developments.
Russel is an experienced architect and a Certified Passivhaus Designer, currently finishing the complete renovation of his 1960s house to the Passivhaus ‘EnerPHit’ standard.
After spending his working life in London, Russel moved to Manchester in 2016 for a better work life balance!
Greg is a professional CGI artist with over 10 years’ experience in the architectural industry.
Greg’s skills in CGI include producing bespoke marketing and promotional material through photomontages and animations. He even uses drones when he can!
Dave has completed his part 1 in Architecture at the University of Manchester and has developed factory house products and typologies.
He enjoys contributing to humanitarian issues through volunteering for St. Marks Universal Charity which seeks to provide healthcare for North Africa.
He is also a fan of the seven seas and is a certified diver!
Andy is a chartered architect and business entrepreneur. Andy launched Factory.House as a personal mission to progress the UKs housing industry, turning an architectural service into a scalable product.
